Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please carefully review the following return policy details.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To initiate a return, please complete the return form provided below. Our Customer Service team will contact you shortly with additional details and provide you with a Return Authorization number. Once you receive your Return Authorization, carefully package the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address specified in the Return Authorization notice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to five (5) business days from the receipt of your return for processing. Refunds may require 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
