It was the best experiences I felt like i was glowing the whole time I was in complete bilss. I felt it for about 4 to 5 hours total. HIGHLY recommend if you want to in a good headspace and elevate your mind, body, and soul.

I have trouble falling asleep, and these helped a lot. They don’t make me feel drowsy or weird, just relaxed. I actually get restful sleep now. Only thing is, they take like 30-40 mins to kick in for me, so just plan for that. Otherwise, it’s a win
